Thank you for supporting the Shay2U Scholarship Foundation! Every purchase helps advance our mission of promoting youth mental wellness, education, leadership, and community development.

We are committed to providing a positive shopping experience and ensuring that your order arrives safely.

Returns & Refunds

All T-Shirt sales are final. Due to the nature of printed materials and our nonprofit fundraising efforts, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or products that may have been read or used.

However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur. We will gladly assist with orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@shay2uscholarshipfoundation.org.

Include:

Your full name and order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, if available

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Information

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after an order has been shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided through your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@shay2uscholarshipfoundation.org.

We will assist in reviewing the shipment status and determining the appropriate next steps.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with an order.
